Don't get the two confused. A home inspection is a visual examinaton of the property's structural integrity. Where as, a home appraisal  is an independent evaluation of the current market value of a property.

Sellers: Pre-Listing Inspection

Before listing (putting it up for sale) your home, our Pre-Listing Inspection can help evaluate its condition.  This allows repairs to be made if needed and cosmetic touch-ups applied before buyers view your home. 

Buyers: Purchase Inspection

Our Purchase Inspection is for anyone in the market to purchase a home. Our report can help uncover any defects and potential safety hazards. 

Our home inspection can take anywhere from 2 to 4 hours to complete depending on the age, size and complexity of the property.  We are sensitive to the needs of our customers.  We take our time to answer questions about the systems and condition of the property.  We will retain all information in our customer database, whereas the customer can ask questions anytime in the future.

There are many methods used to determined fees. Depending on the home inspection company fees can be calculated by square footage, percentage of sale price, age and location etc. However, Eagle Eye has a simplified fee payment system based on square footage, for the convenience to our client.

No, the home inspection is limited to a visual examination of the home. Problems that can not be seen during the extensive walk-thru of the property are not within the scope of the standard home inspection. We will not move any  personal property.

No, the home inspection is to inform the customer on the integrity of the home. Whereas, the code inspection is to determine if your home is in compliance with the local building authority.
