Eagle Eye understands the complexity involved in purchasing a new home, so we have taken this  into consideration and made a simplified fee payment system for our services.  All inspections include garages whether they are attached or detached. Our services also include unlimited phone support regarding the inspection as long as you own your home. We do not charge any extra for mileage, additional bedrooms, bathrooms, or mechanical systems.
